Why would I want to read SMART assK ?
Maybe it's because of curiosity. It could be because of the interesting situations that people, just like us, find themselves in. Perhaps there are questions that need to be asked that hadn't been entertained previously. In SMART assK we'll share many questions, both old and new.
'assK' suggests four words.
Those four words are Assets, Assurance, Security and Knowledge.
On the pages of the PROTECT your Ass it became quite clear that the principal discussion and questions were prepared to clarify those things that can be recognized as Assets with Asset #1 being 'I'.
Assurance is the second component of the theme. Assurance is the emotion of success, the self satisfaction found in knowing that what we've done to secure our Assets we have done well. Assurance is found, not only in personal achievement, but in the positive reflection that is cast upon and assumed by those that are important in our lives. It may include spouses, family, friends and even business associates. For that matter it may even include favorite charities and beyond.
Security is the third measure that flows from the Asset recognition process. On the one side, we protect our Assets with insurance, planning and strategy. On the other side, we enjoy a sense of Security by implementing those measures that secure our Assets. It might be likened to putting the two edges of a sharp sword in a protective scabbard. It is protected and 'at the ready' simultaneously.
Knowledge is the fourth component of the theme.
From gaining Knowledge, by visiting the questions in
Protect your Ass, we are alerted and achieve a greater awareness of our individual needs. Knowledge is the binding 'fiber' that facilitates the Security, and provides the Assurance that protects our Assets in the most
effective and knowledgeable ways.
